IMPORTANT NOTE: To unlock the final 'To Hell and Back' achievement for unlocking all 37 other achievements, you must go into any mission on any difficulty and kill an enemy. The one achievement of special mention is 'Road Rage', which is only reliably boostable in part 4 of Pretty Boy's mission.
